ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All online orders will be mailed out within 2-3 business days unless there is an unexpected delay.

Pre-order orders will be mailed out within 28 days unless there is an unexpected delay.

Please note that orders placed during a sale period may take a few extra days to ship due to increased order volume.

Since all orders from New Zealand are shipped from Australia, all shipments are subject to customs inspection at the border for duties and taxes. If charged, it is the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All International Orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, due to relevant high shipping cost and labour.

If an international package is returned to us for the following reasons, such as not wanting to pay customs fees or change of mind, a refund will be issued minus the shipping & handling charges + a 20% restocking charge. Otherwise, on case-by-case basis. 

Exchanges or refunds will only be issued for merchandise defects.
